Minded Yoga classes in Winchester are suitable for beginners as well as students who have been practicing for some time, with the focus on allowing all students to work at their own level, developing a Yoga practice that is as unique as they are.

At the end of each class there is a meditative, guided relaxation which leaves you feeling ready to face the world, no matter what it has to offer!
My classes relieve insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression and back pain as well as just keeping life in balance!
Minded Yoga Therapist and general Yoga Teacher Winchester (Hampshire), specialising in yoga to reduce anxiety and other stress related challenges. Currently the focus is on building the immune system by increasing lung capacity, oxygenating the blood and boosting strength and flexibility of body and mind. The flowing practice of my classes is rejuvenating, strengthening and, above all, relaxing.
Accredited in Yoga by the Independent Yoga Network, trained as a Yoga Therapist with The Minded Institute in London in 2014.
Recently appointed Director of the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance for the training of Yoga Therapists to work in the NHS. Since 2020 I have been teaching NHS patients on prescription after qualifying as a Yoga4Health teacher.
Since graduating in 2014 I have been a supervisor mentoring new yoga therapy students at The Minded Institute in Camden, London.
In addition I work privately on a 1-2-1 basis as a yoga therapist.
